If you determine weight loss by weighing yourself, any weight lost will be in fat *and* muscle. :/
How hard is it for you to lose body fat?

I lost around 40 lbs last year. It was really hard but really easy at the same time. When I'm at home and bored I eat all the food in sight and sit around and watch netflix all day. So I just had to put some distance between me and my couch and my fridge. So I got my old bike repaired and I would wake up every morning and get dressed, eat breakfast, grab a bottle of water and spend pretty much the whole day outside on the bike. Throughout the day I would refill my bottle of water and occasionally if I had money I'd buy something to eat for lunch and then continue pedaling. Hours later I'd go home around 10 pm and microwave my dinner. I pretty much did that everyday for 3 months. It was pretty easy because biking kept me super distracted and I usually just forgot that I was hungry and I enjoyed biking for hours. It was kinda hard though because now that I look back I realize that I probably wasn't getting the proper amount of calories everyday cause sometimes I would be too tired to even eat dinner so I'd only have one meal all day. Honestly though it was probably the most time I've ever spent exercising in my life. If you can find something you enjoy doing then it's not that hard. I only stopped because my bike broke and I never got it repaired again.
Generally weight & mass have little correlation
It's time consuming but not really difficult if you have the right diet & regimen in place AND you are determined to do it.
I did it once & I'm doing it again (:
Oh yes everything depends on your body type, genetics, climatic conditions etc so don't compare yourself with anyone else

We're you kidding or joking?
Didn't mean for them to be. 3 said "It's not hard for me" - didn't imply *easiness*, but effort with progress. If it makes sense.

I have never really had to worry about my weight.
