Question about body fat percentages

So I have read online that your abs typically show below 10 percent, and usually deffinetley do not above 12, I have recently ound out I am approximatley 13% and have them and also read they don't show above 12 unless they are big/ strong. So I want a lower body fat maybe to like 8 or 9 percent so they look amazing. Any tips? I think I'm going to cut out some junk food and run a miile or two or three every other day and do abs everyother day at the gym. But can I do abs everyday and can I run that far everyday? if I'm working hard how long do you think until I will be at 8 or 9% and last will I lose a ton of weight and look even skinnier if I am going down in percent but also bench pressing and stuff to keep my chest and back and all that in shape and sorta big? Thanks I really really appreciate the help
