How much did I eat? Please help!

So I am trying to lose weight and I ate today

- a small ice cream ball ( at 1.p.m.)

- 4 egg whites filled with beans in tomato sauce ( 4 p.m.) +

- half a piece of whole grain bread

- a fresh tomato, pepper, cucumber to it

I also drank plenty of water with lemon in it.

Think will have some fruits in 2 or 3 hours.

I know it doesn't sound much, but I actually binged last night , that is why I didn't have breakfast . So how many cals did I consume?
How much did I eat? Please help!
