Detox diets are pretty full of crap.
Firstly, your body does a pretty good job of "getting rid of toxins," due to the liver, kidneys and whatnot. The human body is pretty amazing. Unless your sick overall and your body is not functioning properly, this shouldn't be an issue.
The "toxins" that people discuss could be one of two things- food or product related. If it is food related, simply cutting out processed foods should do the trick. If it is product related, switching to "green" products could help. However, a detox diet won't help you in this case. You will have to be willing to do your homework so you can research and decide which products are safest. There is a large website for cosmetics safety that you can look at that I recommend. link

I don't know to much about detoxing but after a long night of drinking I have a bloody mary with breakfast. Which is weird for me because I hate tomato juice and would never order a bloody mary sober. Something with all the vegetable just soak up the liquor in me.

Yes, you cleanse your body to get rid of toxins caused by alcohol smoking and junk food.
Yes, yes, the word is kind of self-explanatory, but what I meant is what do you actually do? Drink only water, eat less, go to sauna.. I don't know :D tell me.
Haha there are a lot of different ones usually they all involve drinking more water and eating vegetables and taking some kind of vitamins, but they range from extreme like only drinking vegetable juice for a week to something more casual like cut out junk food and exercise a little.
Okay.. then it's all fairy tail crap. Of course it's never a bad idea to eat more veggies and drink more water, but you still need to eat balanced meals with proper amounts of protein, carbs, fat, minerals and vitamins. Anything else is bad for you. If you want to get rid of toxins in your body, the best way is a sauna and I mean a real sauna with a stove and enough heat. You basically sweat toxins away and it's good for your skin (opens up pours).Just remember to drink enough water if you do so
