How to relieve sun burn?

I usually have very pale clear skin but I went walking in the hills for a few days and when I came back I was glowing pink. Is there a quick way to reduce sunburn?

Go buy a bottle of aloe vera gel. It's really the best thing to sooth the pain. When you put it on it's cool on the skin, the properties of aloe are good for burns, cuts, and the skin in general.

I tried it last year after stupidly getting burnt and it hurt like a bitch. It stung the skin, aggravating the burning sensation, the skin peeled of in layers-really pleasant. But then everyone's skin is different

Calm down dude. I just stated my experience with it, its something to be aware of. I'm sure I'm not to only one to have a bad reaction to something other people recommend. Its also how my sister found out she's allergic to aloe vera

Natural yogurt or aloe vera. I also have pale skin and can go from 0 to sunburn in seconds(damn Irish skin) and I find natural yogurt to be fantastic
