A constant state of PMS?

I have been cramping for the past three or four days now and there's no sign of my period yet. I'm fairly regular, never more than a day off. But this has been all cramping and my period was expected two days ago. What gives? Will it come at all?

You tend to get cramps before getting your period. It's like sign telling you to "be prepared." Some girls have irregular cycles, so it's totally normal you're two days behind. Stress, hormones, or tiredness may be the cause.

Well I have all those going for me this week. Hopefully it comes soon. I feel like tonight might be the night. I'll be super upset if it doesn't come.

Are you sexually active?

If yes, check if it's possible you could be pregnant. Even if you're using birth control or other contraceptives

It could also be related to BMs, if you catch my drift with that. :P

My boyfriend and I haven't had vaginal sex, but we have done oral and anal. I didn't know you could get pregnant from anal sex. Last month, we got carried away and the tip of his penis did touch the outer lips of my vagina, but I had my period just like usual that month. But I'm late this month. I'm getting nervous.

Unless there was semen in your vagina, you're probably not pregnant. It takes more than the tip touching the outer lips. So that should be a relief :)

Maybe your body is just changing. Even if you are regular, a woman's body changes so frequently and in such random ways. If it continues past the weekend though I would suggest going to a walk-in clinic or to the doctors office. Just to make sure it's nothing serious and maybe they will be able to give you something to help with the pain.

I think most guys would usually just walk out of the room and not come back for a week or two. So, if I were you, I'd just ignore the guys response, and default to the gals
