I need some help with an image issue?

Ive always been small I'm 5'5 and the most I normally weigh is 115 too 118 but recently I've gained weight really fast I almost weigh 130 I've never gained this fast or this much and I've tried eating better and exercising but its like it made it worse. Can anyone help me?

I'm gonna call bullsh*t on the "diet and exercise made it worse," because it didn't. You either didn't try it long enough or you weren't doing it correctly.

Definitely cut out all fast food, all pre-packaged food like cereal, etc, and sodas.

Counting calories is going to be ideal for you right now so you can see that you are taking in a smaller amount of calories and you keep yourself accountable. My fave site is- www.caloriecount.com

If your clothes still fit the way you want then it's just a number on a scale.

Maybe your just curvy? Don't sweat it weight is just a number if you look good you look good.
