Plateau 5 pounds away from goal. What am I doing wrong?

Anonymous
I'm 5"7. I went from 140ish to 123 in a year or so. I've lost most of it in 6 months by exercising (swimming and running). These have always been my sports. Going to the gym bores me.

I'm currently 126. I've started eating healthier and healthier for the past month and now I don't think I eat anything reproachable.

Problem is: ever since I'm eating tons of fruit and veggies, drinking water and green tea, choosing the 'right foods' and leaving out all processed foods and most sweets, I'm ALWAYS hungry. I don't want to starve myself or slow down my metabolism so I eat when I'm hungry - which is very often. I always eat healthy snacks but the bottom line is that I'm not losing weight anymore. At all. Besides, I feel pudgier and more bloated than before, which sucks.

Is there any other way I could lose those last 5 pounds apart from exercising a lot more and eating less, meaning starving myself a little? I don't want to do that so I was hoping that going the "healthy" way would work. It seems it doesn't.
