Ideas wanted for a men's fitness club?

We are thinking of setting up a fitness club for men: those who have got out of the habit of regular exercise and now want to lose a bit of weight and get a bit healthier while having a bit of a laugh in the process. We’re hoping to have a social element to the club where members can get to know each other and perhaps even do a bit of business networking.

We’re looking for some feedback as to what type of activities men might be interested in doing and we think it might be an idea to vary the program regularly so it doesn’t become stale and boring. For example, we could have outdoor exercises such as jogging and indoor exercises like circuit training and aerobics.
