when my boyfriend dumped me he said he was never attracted to me..he said he thought looks can be worked on but he was wrong..he called me fat and ugly..i wanna show him that I can become the perfect 10 and lose weight and get a better guy than him who can respect me and never put me down this way...how do I work on myself? I know I am not a bad person I have never cheated on anyone in my life before..i never betrayed anyone never made funny comments about anyone..i don't think I am ugly..i am just a little bit over weight..wat can I do to lose weight and show him I can also be what he thought I can never be! I hate him so much:( he broke my heart ..

I did this to my first girlfriend ever. I told her the same thing your boyfriend told you.

She was heart-broken for months. She got over me, improved on herself and is now a better person. She's in the military, she's now engaged and she looks banging.

Just ignore this jerk. Only a jerk would make comments about a few pounds. He doesn't care what kind of person you are, you are just there tor him to show off, as I see it. He seems to think you are going to a photo shoot or something.

Sure it's good to get in shape, and you will be healthier, but the main lesson here is not to hook up with guys who have no real value system, and just relate to people in a media-influenced way.

It's irrelevant what a worthless person like him thinks of you. I understand your wish to become more attractive and sort of "show" him, I think most of us have that after a break-up, even if the guy didn't behave like a jerk.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to improve yourself and become healthier and get into shape. But don't do it for him, because he isn't of any value. Maybe you can join a gym, it would be a good distraction for you anyway. Always good to keep busy when a relationship ends, and many people love hitting the gym. Also sort out your diet. Without knowing how you live now it's hard to give advice on what you can improve.

It's not what you're eating that's making you fat (although there are some things you just shouldn't eat), it's how much of it you're eating. People who are fat, are eating for a number of reasons, but typically they'll eat because they're really happy or they're really sad. You need to find a way to eat the right amount of food.

Also, eating right won't be the only thing you should do. YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE. Dieting alone won't get rid of the fat, so you must exercise. You don't have to overdo it but you need to do it.

As far as anything else goes, I don't know you so I don't know what else you should do to show him what he lost. The only thing I can say is, the best revenge...is showing him you're being successful without him

Yes! You can lose weight on an all twinkie diet if you don't eat too many! But without protein your muscles would take a big hit lol.

Twinkies aren't good to eat though. The thing that would last the longest (next to a jar of tightly lidded honey) if humans were to disappear, is the twinkie. they put wayyyy too many preservatives in them and that's NOT good for your body or your psyche

Dude don't believe him. He sounds like a psycho trying to convince himself that he's better than you. If he genuinely thought you were fat and ugly, he wouldn't have dated you.

Looks are objective, either. I know "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is a big cliche, but the point is, if you changed yourself, you still could not please everybody. You can't ever be attractive to everybody.

Not to mention we all look like sh*t when we're 70 years old, so guys who are only with women because they're hot will be in for a rude awakening.
