hahah but no I used to do a few crazy things when I was younger...
-went to the YMCA at opening and took classes nonstop till closing with no food. (age 12)
-Tried the ABC diet
-Figited constantly to burn extra calories (actually worked=lost 5 pounds but also looked crazy)
-Drank freezing cold water every hour (did work but I was also super cold..lost 2 lbs)
-Stopped eating for a bit
-Hiking from morning till late in the evening
-Lemons...
-Cinnamon...
At around 15 I grew a brain from all my experience. I began to eat really healthy and exercise a bit. I lost the most weight by doing that and only eating after my stomach had been growling for 20 minutes. Then I would only eat food the size of my fist.

Work out 6 days a week and restricting my eating like crazy. I felt like I was in a swim team on my own (workout out was swimming at the pool, obviously). It got out of hand when I realized I couldn't go out with my friends on a Saturday night without feeling like sh*t if I hadn't worked out on that day already. Ever gone to the pool at 7 PM before the pool closed to work out before going to a bar? Yeah, that's wack. I decreased when I started getting too busy at school. I wasn't even losing weight anymore, it was mostly a confidence issue, I think. I couldn't bare the "lazy" feeling I felt when I skipped a day. I felt like a fat potato lol. Now I need to get back at it. It's gonna be hard because I tend to do too much and get frustrated when I don't see results but... anyway, I'd like to go down to 123, I'm at 128 now.
I counted every single calorie in the foods I bought and consumed.
Then I prescheduled every single meal for a month, and calculated the estimated deficit I would be operating on and how much weight I would lose on that diet alone. On workout days I'd consume at a 250 calorie deficit, and on non-workout days I'd consume at a 500 calorie deficit.
Also, I estimated the amount of calories I'd burn for each cardio session.
I lost a lot of weight fast but also lost muscle. I kept it up for 3.5 months before I just had to eat normally. Lost 40 pounds.
Back when I was 20-21, I was pretty insanely fit, but also what I was doing was extremely dangerous and I mean very f***ing insane. I was exercising for about 3 hours a day, I was in the gym 2 times a day, on top of that, I was taking weight loss pills to cut...yeah it was all I could of think of

-ABC Diet
-Gone days/weeks/months without eating anything
-Binged and purged
-Taken diet pills when I was 7/8 years old and began going through puberty and started the weight gain. I took T-Lite(which is great but no longer sold), Apple Cider Vinegar pills and my mom was going to buy me Xendadrine or whatever it's called.
-Exercised for hours at a time, but this was when I was like 9/10/11
-Eat one meal a day
-Lived off protein shakes
-Fruit and vegetable diet(which isn't so bad)
-Cayenne Pepper Diet(which Beyonce did). I lasted for 2-3 days I think
-Green tea diet where I only drank green tea and waterGot butt naked in front of 10,000 people give or take a few. =P It was a wrestling tournament (states I believe). I was just under the day before weigh in. Went to weigh in in the morning and was on the line by a fraction of a pound. Dropped my underwear and made weight. lol It was either that or go run in the the parking garage wearing garbage bags and get all dehydrated.
Constant exercise with little to no substance and excessive water intake. ... I wanted to be skinny and aerodynamic. And what may be worse was never really eating before taking my medicine which made me sick every day and started to damage my molars. Hard to eat now. Don't try it. After multiple bouts, I've find it hard to lose weight now. Stick to the old fashioned way.

I guess except I for when I was a baby. I was 11lbs, and I had 8 fat rolls on each arm and leg. I lost that weight by learning how to walk.(: That's all I got.Ate according to a calculated diet and exercised regularly.
Crazy huh?gone down the gym and eaten nothing but fish for 6 weeks.
i developed an eating disorder which was probably the worst choice I have ever made.
Crazy? Nothing. I go about doing things the proper way.
I tried not to eat for 24 hours. It didn't work out too well.
