since the ultimate goal is to actually shed the lbs, I lost 10 lbs in one month, no diet, no exercise, just enjoying every excuse to walk or take the steps - BOY did it burn when I was in NYC! lol The problem with most non-healthfood-store pills is they use weird combinations of non-natural ingredients from the periodic table of elements to flick the body's fat-burning switch "on." My best advice is to do some heavy-duty experimentation with the ones at the health-food store, and to compliment it all, if you enjoy expresso, start purchasing the LIGHTEST ROAST out there. The best-tasting espresso is coffee at it's most powerful. In my opinion, that comes from saecco machines. As long as you drink no diet-sugars (colored sweetener packets, diet soda, light iced teas) you are golden. Also, try the Liver Cleanse as done by the Health Twins. After I'd done about 5+ cleanses, my mom gave me a hot-honey-lemon-water cleanse, which lasted 24 hours.
What I just described to you is all that had happened in one month (the liver cleanses had previously been done every other month) which got me to suddenly drop 10 lbs. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE UNDER ONE ORE MORE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS as your body will eject it all at first and then if you persist with BOTH the cleanses AND the prescription meds, you'll probably get cancer, like my mom's friend who refused to stop her meds and now is sporting the cancer look.

Not my own experience but a whole bunch of people do them die because they're not regulated.
No one really knows that when they're first released to the public that's part of the trial.
Diet companies don't care about you, they're just exploiting your lack of self confidence and desire to be effortlessly thin to make a HUGE profit.
There is a never fail way to be thin: Exercise. Consume less calories than you burn. No one is willing to do this for some reason and would rather gamble with their life for a miracle pill.
If one of these really did work wonders, it would be advertised everywhere, everyone would be doing it and you wouldn't even have to ask.
I agree with the user below who said "Diet pills are for suckers. Period." If diet pills worked, everybody would be thin. But these people that sell them know how bad you want to be thin. So they will market you anything. And even know if they put a movie star on the bottle, you will buy it even more. But these people know you will spend money for it, so they will market it.
Most of these will kill you. If you are dead you can't look good. I would stick to anything natural. There is a ton of ways to lost weight naturally, for I am walking proof of it. But it does take work and most are not interested in putting in any work into it. They just want to do a "I dream of Jeanie" head nod, and wala, pounds off. It does not work that way. I so wish it did. But, since I have been there and done that with natural products, I can offer suggestions if you are serious.
Oh I'm not gonna tell you its bad,but looking for the magic pill is useless. Every pound you shed, every piece of muscle you add to tone your body is hard earned. I was like you once, no probably worse then you. I was 312 pounds 28% body fat. I used to wish I was fit and ripped and what not, then I made my mind up one day to do it. I dropped to 165 pounds and 5% body fat, never again will I wish to be fit or ripped or anything of the sort. As dropping my weight and getting fit I realized just HOW much hard work it requires. Weight loss miracles from a magic pill are for choir boys!

wait for it...
Cardio+strength training+calorie deficit
From someone who has taken quite a few diet pills, the most they can do for you is suppress your appetite to an extent.
I haven't used that one, but I've used other popular onesDiet pills are not tested by the FDA or required to have any effects at all. Most are just useless crap put into pill form with unknown side effects.
If you want to try it, have fun throwing away your money. It's a great choice, and it has almost none side effects.
no I dnt...i rely on good diet and workout with good amount of cardio...i do have cheat meals they boost my moral
Nope, and apparently it is bad for your health and doesn't actually help. Don't waste your money.
