Weight loss pills?

My friend tried slimquick and its been less then a week and she has lost 5 lbs already... I want 2 try it because I do like my body but I wish I could lose my belly because otherwise everything is curves lol have anyone of you try this or does alli sound better?

Weight loss through pills or something of the kind is potentially DANGEROUS:

Those which have great "effect" are often diuretics and just drive needed water out of your body: risk of dehydration or (maybe worse because it can be irreversible) kidney damage.

Their effect doesn't last of course, a few weeks later, the water will be back.

Others are amphetamines (speed) to which one can become addicted.

Neither is good. The damage that these pills do is not good. If you want to lose weight start working out, eating healthy and becoming more active. There is a reason why some "miracle diet pills" are not to be handed out to anyone under the age of 25. Don't be so naive that thinking a pill will solve all your problems. Sorry but this is not the healthy way to do it at all.

also, your friend has probably relaxed her eating habits and is consuming more calories because she's seeing "results", she's not going to stay on those pills forever, and when they run out, I'll bet she'll gain the weight back times 2. there is no way to make weight lost while taking pills, stay off.

your friend didn't lose 5 pound in fat, what she's taking most likely contains a diuretic that flushes water out of your system. otherwise it has loads of caffein to make you jump around a lot. slimquick will not cause you to burn fat, cardio exercise will.

weight loss pills get the weight off but when you stop taking them it comes right back to you!

plus my uncle tried alli and he had some bathroom problems, to save you the disgusting details.

Diet pills are baddddd. Good idea about changing your lifestyle, that will be much better than the temporary and likely dangerous results you will get from a pill. If being in shape was easy everyone would look good. You have to work for it.

That stuff doesn't work. Wight loss doesn't come in a pill. It comes with diet and exercise.
