Close your mouth and puff in the left cheek first with air and hold for about 5 seconds, then transfer the air to the right cheek. Make 5 repetitions on each cheek.
Form an "O" shape with your mouth with your lips slightly apart and smile from the corners of your mouth
Pinch and squeeze cheeks daily using your index, middle and ring fingers; massage on the upward position so cheeks won’t sag while trying to exercise them.

Every morning 30 minutes before breakfast get a gallon of water and drink until you can't take it.
After the 30 min, you can eat something. Drink water daily, and do some facial exercises. With this and the workouts with healthy foods you should be fine.
You lose even more fat.
A lot of fat doesn't mean all fat.

do you drink? alcohol can cause puffiness,so can water retention (drink more water,less booze. you can do facial yoga,but you can't really lose weight ONLY from your cheeks,except through surgery.
Lose more weight and do facial exercises. Also do cheek massages.
