If most people think you're 120 on THAT height, those "most people" must be totally lunatic. 120 on that height would be near anorexic, ready for hospital.

160 is kind of heavy for 5'8", but if you are an athlete you're probably muscular which does weigh more.If you don't look fat who cares what you weigh?
I would definitely say it is muscle. I'm sure you have a naturally athletic build and the fact that you work out and are strong I wouldn't worry about the weight. If you were 5'3 maybe, but at 5'8 it sounds like you are probably just rock hard.

Muscle weights more than fat. So probably you have muscle weight seeing as you do lots of spots :)
Given that you do a lot of sports, you're fit and have nothing to worry about. It's probably muscle. BTW, 5'8'' is the best height for a girl!
Who cares what the scale says. Its how you feel about your own body that matters.
