2 days ago I went on the scales and it said I had lost no weight at all and this morning the scales showed that I gained weight, when in fact I've been eating really healthy food and in really small amounts.
I feel thinner and my neck, waist and hips as well as my stomach show that I lost some weight in this last month.
Is it just the scales that is running out of battery or being stupid or am I really gaining weight ?
