Weight loss dunce in need of help?

Basically I want to lose weight, healthily is good but not a must for me.

I'm 5'8, not sure how much I weigh but I'm a size 14-16 in clothes, and I'm 17.

I just need someone who knows a lot about health and fitness to kind of spell it out for me, what should I eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner, what exercises, how many, how long for, etc.
