I play water polo and we have a tournament tomorrow (three games). Lately our conditioning coach has made practice much harder. I get so sore to the point where I can't even move, and today we were working out with the wrestling coach and I hurt my back. I can't turn my head to the right side or lift my right arm up all the way, and to top it off I am extreamly sore in my arms and shoulders from the weight training we did. I really need a way to lose this soreness before the tournament tomorrow, and icyhot only goes so far. Please give me some advice or ways to get rid of the pain in my back and the soreness in my body. I would really appreciate it.
