Breaking up exercising sessions into 5 min every 30 min a day

Is this okay if you want to lose weight? I only have 6 more pound to go to get to my weight lose goal, so I'm not trying to do this for major weight loss. Usually I break up into 30 -45 min twice a day, 4 -5 days a week. However, lately I've been haven't been all that pumped. I have a lot free time, so is it okay to break up my exercising routine like this. This is only temporarily. Will I still able to see results as if I do it like I regularly do it.
