Any good lunch ideas to take to work?

I'm trying to save money and eating at McDonald's everyday is expensive inconvenient and I'm pretty sure its not actually food. So I'm just trying to find good breakfast/lunch ideas to take to work. Any ideas?

Eating at McDonalds isn't really all that good for you either, If you want something healthy to eat then try eating fruits and veggies, here's a lunch idea for you:

one apple

2 sandwiches (can be peanut butter or meat)

2 bottles of water (to you you hydrated)

one candy bar (for dessert :) )

If you like wraps, those are always a really good option. They don't go bad if you leave them out for a few hours, and if your work has a fridge, you could just put it in there. And you could cut the wrap in half, and bring half one day, the other half the next. You could bring a bag of chips from the giant bulks they sell at Target or Wal-Mart, and a piece of fruit or something.

My personal favorite: Chicken caesar salad wrap, bag of doritos, banana, and a bottle of water.

Hummus with slices of carrot or celery..quick and easy! Yogurt, fruit, anything not greasy and hard to prepare. And all these are super healthy!

You can have different menus for the week like tuna sandwich, ham and cheese sandwich, some salad, mixed fruit. There's this Mexican fruit called jicama and you can prepare it in slices and pour some Lemmon juice on it, is delicious and very healthy. A mix of slices of jicama, carrots and cucumber with lemon. Slices of grilled chicken making a chicken salad. Your imagination is your limit. Bon apettite.

fruits are really easy to just take with you. sandwiches are quick to make and filling. or make big batches of dinner and bring in leftovers
