Best diet pills, which one are safe?

I'm considering using diet pills to help me lose a few extra pounds. But I'm nervous about using them, cause I know some pill can be dangerous. so my question which one are good, safe and are they affordable?

Diet pills are one of the biggest supplement scams out there. Some even cause suicidal thoughts. Look up Qnexa if you don't believe me. The FDA banned it. They all say to use with exercise because they know they don't work. So just exercise and don't take the pill. It's a waste of money. Some other issues they cause are insomnia, cardiovascular harm(irregular heartbeat, tremors, stroke, etc), and even mess up your metabolism.

You only want supplementation from things you don't get enough of from your natural food sources. Simply monitoring the fat calories in your regular foods and staying away from them can help you lose weight. The key to losing weight is to be in a slight caloric deficit while trying to speed up your metabolism. You don't want a steep deficit because it's not healthy and you'll want to tone up any loose skin if you can.

Try drinking lots of water instead. You won't be as hungry, it wards off illnesses, and it's a much safer and healthier way of suppressing your appetite.

Bad, bad idea. Supplements aren't regulated and can be very dangerous. Why not just do it the natural way...eat healthy and exercise?
