Does menstruation have something to do with these headaches? Can anyone relate to that? If yes, how do you deal with it?
Thanks.
oh yeah man. I usually get mild headaches a day or two before my period. it has something to do with some hormones and all that crap. for me, it depends on the season. i'm better in the summer, but for some unknown reason, my headaches are worse in the winter. perhaps that is your issue as well. i don't take any medication though. i don't trust medicine unless it is a life threatening illness. i just tough it out. there was a time when my brain hurt so freaking much i started crying and i felt like throwing up.
I haven't gotten headaches in relation to my period, but was in a lot of pain, that only got worse. Now I'm on a type of birth-control-pill, where one of the side-effects is no period.
You could have developed high blood pressure and hypertension. See a doctor.
No, my blood pressure is normal.
Sex or orgasms have helped my female friends with those issues.

I can. I usually take meds (like advil or Alieve) and I try and go to sleep when it starts.
I always get bad headaches and my body gets really heavy.
