Yep. There are three things you can do to speed up your metabolism.
1.) Eat frequently. Half the size of your regular meals, and eat six times a day. Do not skip meals.
2.) Build muscle. Muscle burns energy. The more muscle you have, the more energy you burn, hence higher metabolic rate.
3.) HIIT - High intensity interval training. HIIT systematically depletes the energy stores within the muscles itself through the bursts of high intensity exertion, leading to a longer draw on energy from your food intake and fat stores after the exercise.
Everything else is just inefficient.

how tall are you? your build? you sound very unhealthy? just because your skinny & don't weigh a lot doesn't mean your healthy I wiegh 215 I'm 511 I have a subtle build crosse between arhletic & muscular(beefy), I can tell you how to crank you metabolism but I want to know why you want to lose weight first.
I'm 5'2" and 100 lbs, and let me tell you, it is NOT a healthy weight. I don't know what BMI chart you're using, but 100 lbs is Underweight. 102 lbs if 0.2 points within Normal Weight (as in, 0.2 less and you're Underweight).
Ignore the Photoshop parade that is the media & the fashion industry. You're healthy. Unless you are suffering from some biomechanical problem exacerbated by excess (weight) stress, stay where you're at.

that sounds very light. I am 5'2 and don't think I've ever been that light at this height.

Your goals contradict each other.
Broadly speaking, the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism. However muscle weighs a lot.
I think the best advice I can give you is to give your scale away. You say you want to be thin, yet judge yourself based on being light, when they are not the same thing.Aerobic workouts will do it, especially combined with anaerobic short burst sprinting. Either aerobic classes or running will do the trick.
Your body adapts to it by increasing how fast it takes up nutrition and consumes it for energy. The more it needs fast energy, the faster your body will generate and consume it.eat smaller portions more frequently to keep your metabolism at its highest
gain muscle since muscle requires energy which ends up increasing metabolism
do some cardio to help you get rid of unwanted fat
proper sleep is very important as wellA weight of 100 lbs or so is only a "healthy weight" if you have virtually no LBM at that height. If you have any muscle at all on your body you will be heavier than that.
the fitter you are the better your metabolism works. really overweight people actually have very slow metabolism, so the fitter you are the more fat your body will use up as energy
Despite what everyone tells you only one method works:
burn more calories than you consume. The more muscle mass you have, the faster your metabolic rate. The more exercise you do, the faster your metabolic rate.
Eat small portions more frequently. Exercise. Build muscle.
