Has anyone ever observed this effect? Does this make sense?
I'm trying SO hard to lose weight, I'm doing sports and atrying to eat healthy and all that, but my struggle is that I have a pretty huge appetite. I'm considering starting smoking if that helps curb my appetite. Not real smoke, cause I hate the smell on everything and I don't want people around me to know. I was thinking of e-cigarettes. What do you think?
And as I said, I'm already doing sports and trying to eat healthier. So please, no lecture on that. Thanks.
