I always recommend situps, and floor exercises. It helps tighten and taunt the belly back to normal again. This, and a healthy diet, will enable you to get back"your girlish figure again.":))
If you are able to "get back to basics" again, and it has been cleared with your doctor, perhaps an exercise "dancing and or exercise DVD" in the privacy of your own living room, will help you acquire this as well.:))xx

Nothing burns fat like dancing, if you want to try something less taxing to get up to speed look a some of the physical games on the Wii,
Choose something fun, and it won't even feel like exercising,
eat a plant based diet...get a rebounder (small trampoline) and jump on it for 20 min a day...do that consistently and you will be back in shape in no time...and its that EASY
