Will I ever recover from the nervous breakdown I suffered from in January?

I had one in late January I am TRYING TO RECOVER.But I missed too much sleep from a lot of different reasons|factors.How long will it take to recover from this?

Maybe you should make this anonymous and explain a bit about what happened for more direct advice? I once have a pretty traumatic experience... knocked me out for a while... it took me a month to just want to get out of bed and not sleep/shut my mind off for the rest of my days... but today I am completely over it... so everything does get better. Sometimes it takes time. If you don't feel like talking about your issues then watch something funny... it is always so cheering.

We always can recover from everything.!

We must want it! And do everything is necessary to carry on our duty!

The best way is to come back on your steps, and face again the problem you had, but this time stronger and more Decided!
