Anything below 1200 is in starvation mode, and is a terrible idea. You'll destroy your metabolism, and end up losing more muscle than anything. Considering your age and height, I'd say stick with 1600 ish while trying to lose weight. Don't be extreme. You'll likely lose inches before pounds, and some weeks nothing at all. BUT when you reach your goal, it'll stick. You won't gain it all back, and you'll have sexy muscle to go with it.
I used to be 5"3 and 120 pounds and I ate about 1600 calories a day - sometimes less - sometimes more.
1185 isn't nearly enough.. It depends of course on your dna too, some people can eat loads without putting on weight.. I'd say around 2000 a day.. maybe a bit more or less but whatever you do make sure you get at least 1800!

I'm the same height with you and weight 114 pounds but I want to lose 4 kilos. I ate anything in the morning and do some cardio exercise and yoga, by lunch I just drink shake and ate less. I don't eat after six. Im not basing my diet on calorie.
1800 or 2000 should be your norm.
Near 1800 calories is healthy.
