If you're set on losing weight, it's best to approach it in a healthy way (ie. not relying on something like 'Slimfast'). The biggest downfall of most overweight people is that they try to achieve too much too soon.
I achieve all weight-loss goals by simply drinking only water and working out for about 30 minutes 5 times a week. Take things slow and have realistic expectations. You're not going to wake up in a week with a model's body.

Usually all those gimmicks like slim fast don't work. Just gotta have a lot of self discipline.
some pills works really fast on that, but have to along with exercise. Gym needs a lots of patients and hard working, if you think you can handle that, keep on. just don't get adephagia and you will be fine.
