My eye twitches. Does it mean anything? What should I do?

My right eye twitches. What should I do about it? And what does it mean? Does it mean any vitamin or calcium deficiency?

There are normally 2 reason behind Spasms. Any Muscle Spasm is Generally a lack of potassium (Bananas are packed full of it) When your eye twitches it could be that, or a lack of sleep. My eyes do crazy things when I have lack or Poor sleep the night before

It may mean you aren't getting enough sleep.
So the solution is simple, try to get a bit more sleep at night, and see if that helps!
The twitching should go away fairly quickly if that's the case, if you get a good night's rest.

Stress and looking at screens for too long, I think...I've had that before multiple times, it always goes away in a few days thank God.

It has to do with the nervous system. Try putting ice on it.

google magneium rich foods. Even then, I would still recommended a supplement as most people are low in it anyways and it's a very important mineral for the body.
