Yes we use barbell exercises sometimes in our class. I go about 45 pounds and we will put them behind our backs and do squats with them and also squat and then stand and throw the weight in the air, I can't remember the names of the exercises but ya we do that with the barbells

Depends on what phase of my training i am, usually i curl 1-3 times a week.. Like i just finished heavy weight explosiveness where it was 2 times a week and next its intense strength training phase and thats only curling once that week

Barbell curls, normally I curl single barbells in each hand 30pds 3 sets of 12. Double bar between 70-80pds 3 sets of 10 depends on how I'm feeling. The sit down machine I do 90 for biceps but that thing isn't like curling an actual barbell.

I prefer dumbbells to barbell for curls. I do 20 lbs each hand with 1 leg raised for ab strengthening snd balance. I do 3 to 4 sets of 15.

when i was 16... i could curl a barbell of 60lbs on each arm. since then i never bothered. i imagine a whole curl bar would be harder because it keeps your form in check.

That is 75 pounds more then I weigh! I might be able to do it if I worked at it but I have extreme joint issues that dislocated shoulders, knees, hips, wrists, etc... when I use heavy weights. So it is dangerous for me to do too much.
