I was wondering if anyone here has tips for how to get thinner thighs? Some particular exercises or so? I'm 1,58 m and weigh about 57 kg, my upper body is quite petite but my thighs and calves are much bigger. I run almost every other day and eat healthy, but I cannot see any difference. My upper body just gets smaller and smaller but my thighs are pretty much the same. Some have suggested that I get some more muscles on my upper body, however I don't want this.
Has anyone else had this problem and what worked for you?
