Actually there is... it's called intermediete fasting but perhaps it doesn't work the way yoou intended.
Intermediete fasting requiers a maximum eating window of 8 hours. The less hours eating window the better and more effective it is. As there needs to be a 16 hour fasting period (for example choosing to eat between only 10 am to 6pm) choose your hours.
(it HAS to be 8 consecutive hours, not split up otherwise it does not work).
You'll be able to eat AS MUCH as you like, but only within the eating window and it needs to be consistent. It works through burning your fat cells, it increases human growth hormones and lowers your insulin levels.

losing weight is all about your diet. i assume that the "food you want" are things like cake, candy, pizza, doritos, soda, etc. those types of foods are just fat and sugar. if you eat fat then you will get fat unless you exercise and burn it off. just the way it is.
You can see how much calories the food you eat have and do some exercise who burns the double of the calories you ate.I think martial arts burns lots of calories and it's fun!
