Does that mean I can then lose said 18 lbs of body fat? Or do you have to keep it?
How much of your weight should be straight body fat as opposed to lean muscle tissue or straight up muscle?
Don't lose all your fat, remember it is where a lot of vitamins and nutrients are stored so you can push through your work outs, or just day to day activities. Besides if you want to look good for guys (just an assumption) then they like a girl with both muscle and fat. No one likes a muscle butt :x
There are females that think I look pretty good right now and I'm at like 19%.
I don't suggest you lose that fat. Keep it on. The leanest people that you see on magazines... the super shredded guys... even they are at 6 or 7% body fat. Nobody every loses body fat completely.
16% is good for a woman esp as young as u are..if u look fat a 16% u need to gain some muscle.

You can't have a completely fat free body. It's dangerously unhealthy, especially as a woman.
What does "especially as a woman" mean?
Women naturally carry higher amounts of body fat than men do, partially for reasons involving estrogen production. Women whose body fat dips too low often suffer from a condition called amenorrhea (stop having periods, and no, it's not a good thing).
lol not having periods sounds awesome.
It's not healthy at all trust me. Immune system and hurler production can both suffer.
It's unhealthy to have extremely low body fat, I wouldn't recommend losing that
