If that's your body frame it's not bad so not every 1 is suppose to be a size 1 most girls are aerage, an a size 7

  I don't know where that size came from but if you are petite within bones a size 7 which I do happen to be right now is WAY WAY too big for me even at my age. I am 52 this is u healthy for me so it depends on your body shape. And bone structure even if you do work to get denser bones you can’t change your rib size without surgery and mine are small
