What makes a person a good wife/husband material? Singles, do you think you could be a good wife/husband?

I've asked about red flags before so I'm curious what would be some green flags in a partner. This isn't necessarily to list all you want your dream partner to be like but If you want to talk about that, that's good too.

One thing to note, since not everybody wants to get married, you can also just relate it to a long term relationship. What would you look for in a partner if you're planning for the long term?

In no particular order and this is not a requirements list, merely the answer to Waltz' question of good material. Nor is my list all inclusive or a "must have" list.

Confident. Laughs a lot. Willing to cry. Can carry on a conversation. Likes coffee. Likes cats. (Cats and coffee are not dealbreakers but close... :) ) Honest. Is nice to kids. Says please and thank you. Is nice to service workers (servers, cashiers, baristas, etc.) and speaks them as if they're humans. Works hard at whatever it is (doesn't have to be a job or career). Willing to share their emotions. Willing to be vulnerable. Accepts a man who has emotions and is willing to be vulnerable. Knows when to be spontaneous and when to pause and think. Willing to take the long view. Can communicate and talk through issues. Willing to be sexual and communicate about sex such that the two partners can be compatible. Open to exploring new [fill in the blank]. Okay with chilling. Likes to watch movies. Likes to spend time together. Understands that partners also need to spend time apart. Able to be giggly. Able to be serious. Willing to take life on head on as partners in crime.

I used to want to get married. Almost got married and all.

... But, that didn't happen. And now, I don't want to get married anymore. Not in today's climate where you can't trust anyone and women initiate 70% of all divorces.

Anyway, here are my green flags for a marriage-worthy woman, again.

4. Loyal/faithful
5. Respectful/classy/ladylike
6. Kind/positive
7. Intelligent

12. Patient; not easily offended or bothered
13. Artistic
14. Nerdy; into video games or superheroes

PHYSICAL:

15. Strictly female
16. Feminine style
17. Good hygiene
18. Curvaceous; big boobs, big booty, thick thighs, etc.
19. Great smile and good teeth
20. Tall: 5'9" to 6'5" (6'2" to 6'5" is ideal)
21. Redhead (or strawberry blonde, or blonde)
22. Young: 23 to 30 is ideal.

Selflessness and emotional intelligence are the biggest two broad qualities that come to mind. I think a long term relationship of any sort really is a partnership.
and I would like to think I do possess these qualities. It is just hard to find someone who also has them as well as the other qualities that would make the compatible with me specifically.
