well there's no TV show or movie called Sex in the Country only Sex in the City
the larger distances in the countryside don't exactly paint a picture of there being plenty of men around let alone desirable men within proximity for her to sleep around with unless she's engaging in incest
maybe this is only limited to western country girls. eastern country girls are a whole different matter
