For me its not about being scared of commitment. Its about not wanting to be locked down. I would mind dating the same person for the rest of my life or anything, but incase of a break up i want to be able to leave and be done with it instead of dealing with all the shit a divorce brings.
The insecure ones that don't have much to offer are. It is not a gender thing.
