No, I would certainly never marry such a spouse that needs to be in an open marriage and that cheats on her husband and affairs just because she is incapable to be master of her libido and has the feeling that fornication is the answer to her issues.
I would never, in the first place get a mile close to such a spouse, knowing that being faithful is not part of her behavior and education.
Being a slave of her/his sexual hormones is something that I despise because it gives me a pretty good idea of what her/his character and personality are.
You have an open marriage whether he is blissfully ignorant of it or not. Your divorce would be as pointless as your marriage.
