My crush didn't wish me happy birthday? should I give up?

he didn't wish me happy birthday today and i saw he was online from his today .I like dhim for 7 years and each year we weish it to each other and thanked each other but his year he didn't thanked me and the 5 toher persons on top of me because i think he didn't see it and what make me sad is that he didn't wished happy birthday to me today and i dont know if i should give uo because i love him a lot.

If you really wanna take it into your own hands and you think he might like you or just wouldn't be opposed to dating you, you could send him a joke text like:

You forgot to wish me a happy birthday! Don't worry though, I've decided to let you make it up to me some other way. What do you have in mind? :P

If he doesn't bite for that, he's either not into it or completely oblivious.

I'd also like to point out that I basically wish everyone a happy birthday because the little notification comes up on my Facebook app. I never really even remember doing it. You may be reading a bit into this

If he was your bf... I would be pissed, but he is your crush so he is not quite there yet! I guess if you to are close friends then it would mean something, but if your just acquaintances, then I would not take it to heart too much!

I would hang in there for a while longer, if he does not give you the time of day then maybe its time to move on.

That's no big deal, he may have not been around a computer all day, and was just busy. Consider yourself lucky that your crush speaks to you... quite often that is not the case!

if/when he remembers you have the right to make him bend over backwards making it up to you... a big date for example

I log in Facebook through my cell phone and I still know when one of my friends brithday. it keeps me updates. But hey don't you feel bad that he did not take his time to post a happy birthday comment. He just forgot.
