I've started to notice that he mocks me ever so slightly about everything- my dorm room (is it my fault that it is old and gosh its college accommodation- it can't be like a hotel)
He mocked my uni- said it looked old and boring.
Well I study in England at the moment and love what I'm doing, I even love my silly room- I've done it up really well.
But every time he visits I start feeling terrible about everything I own or do :(
Also, I have a Dell 17 inch laptop. I bought it with my own money three years ago- its perfect. I love huge screens and I don't lug mine around any way. It stays on my desk and I use it to type all my essays (History major), Skype, listen to music etc.
My mum got me a macbook pro for my birthday in June. I love it as well but didn't bring it to college because I live in dorms and was scared it might get stolen- Plus I thought it was too small to watch films or type (I get headaches if the screen's too small)
My boyfriend has a macbook pro as well. When he came to visit me, he kept mocking my laptop and making me feel bad saying that 17 inch screen was unwieldy, ugly and that it was a **** laptop and Macs the best and so on.
I really like him and he really likes me as well but I felt really hurt that he would act like this.
What do I do :( I can't believe he would be so mean.
