I think if they can sell things at a reduced price, then maybe we could have that same price all the time?

I'm of 2 minds on this. 1. I hate black Friday. I do not and will not participate. But the consumerist nature of this country keeps my stock portfolio fed. So by all means, "keep it up"! I'll be at home relaxing on the couch.😆

Nah, not abolished but they should extend it to food and groceries. Black Friday grocery deals would be awesome
Who is going to abolish it? You can't just go around making up arbitrary rules.
I will
😂 @Joker_ Will do it. It will be abolished.
So let it be written, so let it be done.
It is the most barbaric day that makes Americans look like uncivilized savages.
How would you propose to do that in a way that was legal and constitutional?
It’s always after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving should be a time to be thankful for the things you have and never about what you don’t have.
It should not be abolished and they should be putting groceries and gas on sale instead. We got enough tvs and phones. Gimme some food.

Leave it alone. All the malls will be going out of business soon anyway.
nope, but now it isn't such a big deal, many/most stores start it out way earlier than just 1 day.
It can't really be abolished since it is an independent decision made by retailers. But it is a remarkably stupid tradition.
Yes, it's just an excuse for public disorder.
The issue is that a lot of people need the reduced prices to buy all the gifts their children seek each Christmas.
Christmas is was never supposed to be like this
@butterly248 it wasn't, but it is
It should include all colors to be fair….. but then it’d be rainbow Friday which would be confusing.
Not quite sure how you'd go about doing that.
Yes it's racist.
Ugg, anyway:

@Jersey2 that's what whitey tells us but the first black Friday was a sale on slaves that slavers couldn't sell that year.
Found it... it's racist! I knew it. MHO right here.
@Drewtate DUMB.
Yeah I really don't see the point in it
Is it not people-of-color-Friday now? 🤔
Why, what's it done?
This is the deepest question yet
yeah lol
