Skin Care Routine For Teenage Skin

Anonymous

Well,hello everyone.

It's me again.

This take is mostly for mostly teenage or young females like me, however if there are guys who are interested in taking care of their skin then they are welcome to read.

I know many of you that are mostly in puberty like me suffer from irritaded skin, blemishes, pimples, over-dryness or unpleasant oiliness in general.

In this take I'll talk to you about my skin care routine and some secrets in order for you to achieve a perfect, healthy and glowy skin.

*Disclaimer : I'm not a dermatologsit for god's sake, these are just things that helped me have really nice complexion and clear out.

It doesn't mean it will help you the way it helped me, after all you might actually be allergic in some ingridients of these products and might not be able to use them.

In my opinion you need to visit your dermatologist at least one in ever two weeks to specify your skin's problems and let him/her help you with what you should put on your skin and what not*

Before we start, I want you to know that every skin is different.

That means that not everyone have the same type of skin or the same problems. But I promise that I'll try to cover every skin concern that you may have.

This isn't me in the picture (obviously, I'm not even Asian) but I need to make it clear because people here are overly sensitive and ready to attack everyone for everything.

Step 1) Use 1 Or More Cleansers.

First of all this is needed to take off the make up that you may have on, my advise to use an oil cleanser like this one :

Dior Make Up Remover : This the make up remover/oil cleanser that I personally use and works for my skin. In my opinion it's one of the best products out there.

After that you need to wash your skin with foam cleanser (do that step at least 2 times per day, my advice one in the morning when you wake up and one before you go to sleep.)

Personally I use 2 different face washers for pores, cleaning and oiliness and of course to prevent any kind of acne.

1st choice of mine is this :

Avene Cleanser : This is a foam cleanser that you can buy in mostly Sephora or pharmacies. It's for mostly oil/acne-prone skins that every teenage sadly has, some less, some more.

And 2nd choice is this :

Shiseido Cleanser : This is a more gentle cleanser that you should use after the foam one to calm your skin down and of course take whatever remaining of oil and dirt have left.

Step 2) Face Scrub.

Now this isn't something that you should actually do everyday, depending on your skin oiliness, dirt and sensitivity you should do it at most 3 times a week with breaks in between.

This is my choice on Scrub :

Skin Food Mask : This scrub is black sugar based and in form of a mask. It works really well tbh, reccomend for sensitive skins mostly.

Step 3) Always Use Toner.

Many people skip this step but they shouldn't.

Toner is a really important step of the skin care because it might irritates the skin but it also shrinks the pores and deeple moisturizes.

My choice is that one :

Mario Badescu Toner : I warn you, after the deep cleansing using a such a strong cleanser might lead to irritation AND a bit of pain for a few seconds. But still the result after some tiem using it,it's worth it.

Step 4) Moist Moist Moist.

In one the last steps, now that you finished cleansing and taking care of the 'problems' .. You should use a moisturizing cream or gel to calm your skin down again and hydrate it.

And no toner isn't enough.

Those of you that have less oily skin or dry skin should use an oil free moisturizer in order to avoid over-oilliness.

My choice :

La Mer Moisturizer : This is the moisturizer that I've been using years now, the product is large and in has a lot of product in it so it lasts for a long time. It make the skin suupeer soft and it smells really really good.

5.Masks People, Masks!

Either it's a cream sleeping mask like this one ..

My choice on sleeping masks :

Laneige Water Based Sleeping Mask : You put that all over your face before you go to sleep, and when you wake up...BAM fabulous, shiny complexion.

Or a sheet mask that you can buy in Sephora or any other make up shop in the world..

My choice on sheet masks :

Skin Food Mask : Pretty affordablye and have really good results, can't deny that koreans have if not the best then soem of the best skin care products in the world.

You should always end your skin care routine like this!
