Sexual harassment is a problem and the media has a field day with it, especially of older cases that are just now being brought up. Apparently, any one can cry sexual harassment today and the woman will most likely win. Its tough being a man because anything you do you have to be careful so it does not upset someone.
I have been on both sides of a Sexual Harassment complaint. The first one was when I was in my late 20's. The co-worker didn't enjoy our sexual talk directed at her. I got a very serious talking to from the manager. The second was where I was my complainant. I was mid 30's, unmarried and no girlfriend. A co-worker was making inroads into my sexual life, constantly asking the same stupid questions. I was convinced by my manager not to go through to HR. There would be too much red tape. The guy (male) eventually resigned)
I'm with you about this. But I think it's not only about sexual harrassment, but harrassment at all. A girl called me a stalker just because I visited her courses a few times (even though I was actually interested in another girl in her class). Not to mention that beforehand, she approached me as well, more directly than I ever did (and thus more creepy than I ever experienced). But I guess such girls are just drama queens.
But I'd have to say one thing here though. What is wrong is still wrong. Even if certain acts are not necessarily sexual harassment, they are still wrong and unpleasant and one shouldn't do it or be able to get away with it.
Gotta love it when a woman can think for herself and not follow the crowd like many on here do. Many people are sheep and believe everything they hear instead of thinking for themselves.
Yes, there are a few women who take offense at normal and respectful interactions and make unjustified complaints. There are a lot more men who are abusive in the workplace. We're hearing a lot about this now because we're reached the tipping point of social change, just like we reached the tipping point on other social issues like same-sex marriage.

That is the goal. On one side, you have pushing propaganda. Gay propaganda, that whole trans mentally ill shit, even pedophilia in some states etc. etc. On the other side, every interaction between members of the opposite gender is now sexual harassment. In France (I think its France) they recently classified asking for a girls phone number as "sexual harassment". The entire idea is exactly that, break up straight normal relationships and marriages, while forcing and increasing the amount of sick ones.
It's the same thing as with rape and racism. People misuse both words so much that they have lost the impact they once had. Used to be that both words were almost taboo to say because they carried weight. Now, nearly everyone, who's not a progressive, is apparently racist and everyone who so much as smiles at a woman is a rapist or sexual harasser.
Well done!! I couldn’t agree more! Haha! It is sad how much of it you do see that is real still though!! if only we could open our eyes to the possbilities of its seriousness and bring it to an end!
Fantastic take - Totally agree - Really enjoying reading your mature and wise take (excuse the pun) on life - Fast becoming one of my favourite Gaggers to check and read their posts.
Yes, like I said in another post, a generation ago, if you said to your secretary, "Man, you look especially sexy today," she smiled and said, "Well thank you," and beamed the whole day. Do the same thing today, and you might get called into HR and end up working a job that involves asking people if they want fries with that.
@Darknut No, it used to make their day, until the feminist movement warped women' s minds. It was never a good idea to get romantically involved with an employee, because before long, they'd own half your business. I saw it happen to an old guy when I was in my twenties.
@Darknut Yes, he was an aristocratic middle aged white man, born in Barbados, came to the USA as a Child, and owned the biggest retail Optical firm in a large city, high end, Guild, 14 branches. He hired a gorgeous receptionist for his main office to make a nice appearance. One thing lead to another and she started coming on to the old geezer. He fell for it. She threatened to tell the whole world that he came on to her unless he "took care of her." She had kept receipts from the hotel visits and so forth. So all of the sudden she was Miss Jay, the stylist, making as much money as his Opticians, a part owner of the company, and on the board of directors, and no longer his main squeeze, either.
@EnglishArtsteacher Well, America has had a few *bad* presidents spanning the last 200 years, but I don't know how many of them other than George Bush were actually stupid. Some, like Andrew Jackson and Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover, were just bad at the job.
These movements always go too far, and it's been noted on this site before that this is where we'd end up.
It's a cycle that looks like this :
Women not believed. Women believed, with evidence, justice done. Women believed with no evidence, justice done. Nutters hop on the band wagon Nutters believed with no evidence, damage done to the accused. Nutters not believed with no evidence, damage done to the movement. Women not believed.
I guess some guys out there think of it as why in the hell is this such an issue? or there's no excuse to not have sex. there's birth control and condoms for a reason...

Agree, woman should KNOW sexual assault, and I know they’re some dumb ones that will call ANYTHING sexual assault.
@Unknowngirl_123 I don't know any girls who would cry sexual assault if it wasn't, but I do believe that there are some out there who would.
This is why female sex robots will sell by t he millions.
bahahahahahah true

Thank youuu
What do you think about the girl in my case?
I agree! I wouldn't consider every unpleasant this guy as sexual harassment and this kinds attitude really makes real victims fall in trouble.
yapp

Oh shit... did I just harass you?
lmao yes you did, shame on you mate.

Dont mention you have a crush on them either.

Here is a take on the whole thing

I think the "year of stupidity" would be 2015 because that was the year when 45's candidacy began and actually grew and festered.
Meh, we've had stupid presidents for the past 200 years.
Although Donald Trump is in his own category of stupid.
Meh, 2018 won over.
@EnglishArtsteacher Well, America has had a few *bad* presidents spanning the last 200 years, but I don't know how many of them other than George Bush were actually stupid. Some, like Andrew Jackson and Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover, were just bad at the job.
Before George W. Bush, Jimmy Carter was known as the "dumbest" president of all time-as well as William Taft, and Herbert Hoover.
@EnglishArtsteacher Carter has certainly been a better ex-president than president.

Our worst enemy at work has a lesson for us to learn if we are weak at standing up for ourselves.
Agreed, my daughter kicked a boy in the balls when he tried to grope her.

@Darknut can you calm down a little? I’ve gotten 4 notifications within a minute from you. I read your comments, you got noticed, chill now.
Sorry to disturb you!😁
Guy she thinks is hot- like your hair today looks hot -thanks
Guy she thinks a creepy weirdo- in the office for harassment
A compliment is a compliment regardless. That's where people are wrong in their dealings.
Should be welcome to everyone, if you're not then somethings wrong. Are you really Christian?
Well its true? Anybody care to contest?
Good Take, and good job mentioning the unintended consequences.
Thank you!!
Sometimes it seems like even looking at a quick glance at a female co-worker is sexual harassment
Yeah and that's ridiculous
I've been sexually harassing @PoliceLivesMatter for months now and nothings been done to stop it
LMFAO
