Even when I want to sleep it is really dificult, I usually go to sleep at morning like 6 am because it's already daylight and it's easier for me.
Why does this happen? I'm 15 years old and don't ever whatch horror movies 'cause I know it would be a lot worse.
How can I stop that? I know it sounds stupid but school is almost starting and I don't want to go to sleep at 6am to wake up at 7 am...
