19 years old, never been kissed or dated anyone?

I'm a 19 year old girl, I've never kissed anyone or been in a relationship and this really gets me down. I may be not a Victoria Secret model, but I know I am not ugly (not being pretentious here) even though I am a bit curvy. Everyone tells me I am nice, very funny (apparently more than other people), interesting etc... (still not bragging about it)
Also, I am not stupid at all and can hold a conversation about anything with anyone. I do have guy friends, I do have girl friends. I'm an outgoing person who likes to meet new people and party like everyone, I'm that normal. However, I've never had a relationship or kissed a guy before. All my friends tell me that it's ok, there's no age to do these stuff but they have done it so I fell they cannot understand my worries. I just don't understand why I can have a lot of friends but no boyfriends, even though I'm quite insecure. Plus my mum tells me that it's not completely normal and other girls my age have boyfriends so I feel I'm a total creep. I'm sometimes annoyed as I see girls who are very vulgar and sometimes shallow and not interesting (not saying I'm better than them) and they go from a relationship to another. I just feel like I'm not normal. What should I do? Am I the only one on earth in this situation? I know relationships aren't the most important thing in life, but it is quite important though. Honestly, do I have to change anything? I'm so lost right there.

I am in the same situation other than I have kissed people but nothing special really just a peck on the cheek. It feels to me that other people pick up on it too and act weird about it or bring it up and it makes me uncomfortable. Like randomly they will be like oh you and her should watch that movie or you two look nice together, awkward much lol I am the same way I am probably the only virgin in my group of friends but at the same time I want something meaningful I don't want just random sex but on the other hand I have been really horny and I am getting tired of waiting for the right girl to come along. I understand your pain and frustration its kind of odd though cause guys usually do all the work and ask you ladies out so I feel I am in a worse situation. Physically speaking I have a good pair but metaphorically I have no balls whatsoever. If its for business I can talk to anyone but for pleasure I can barely say more than a hello. Having moved a lot (6 times) it feels some people just don't want to mingle they have their social circles and that's it no new folks needed. I don't really feel normal either to be honest I feel like a weirdo but I go out alone and do what I want to do I am lacking even the big friend group I have like 5 friends and see one of them maybe once a week so I guess you can say I spend a lot of time alone. The more time spent alone the more my mind becomes impatient and negative its probably the same for you. If your from Canada message me maybe we can work through this together :)

There's a difference between ''normal" and "acceptable". Honestly, most girls with 19 years old had love experiences, from serious relationships to friends with benefits. Your case is not veeery usual, so it's not "normal" between many girls. But so what? Is that a bad thing? Noo! There are loooots of girls like you. And that's "acceptable". That's ok, that's not a problem. That's just who you are and you still can be happy. Having a boyfriend isn't the only way to have a good life. I can see you're insecure because you were comparing your situation to others. Your mom's words aren't really helpful tho.
Just live your life and don't worry too much. Be confident in everything, specially in a future relationship.
I was like you, when I had my first "serious" boyfriend I was afraid to fail and really shy. But he understood my issues and made me feel comfortable very quicly.
Don't worry, you'll find someone when you less expect and the right person will not judge you and help you slowly. It's easier than you think
