Should I have pulled his towel off?

Me, my girl friends and one guy friend were at a pool and we really had to leave to catch the train. To save time I held the towel in front of him to cover his dick while he got changed right there into his normal clothes. The entire time he was being sarcarstic and started to sound like a bit of a show off, provoking me to pull the towel off, because he knew I was too shy to do it in front of all these girls. He teases me quite often and honestly that time he was really annoying.

Looking back, should I have pulled the towel away to teach him a lesson? Or is that too much?

"He knew I was too shy" ... it sounds like you are unhappy with this self-characterization. You should have pulled the towel away, but not to teach him a lesson -- to teach yourself one!

If you feel you are TOO anything, don't reinforce that by acting consistent with your self-perception. Be the person you want to be.

it would not have been the right time and place, but if he provokes you too much then set up another time and place where there are less people and actually do it. I think he actually wanted you to pull it off. maybe in order for you to see his dick.

Should have moved it around slowly forcing him to tip toe after it.  Sometimes you have to teach a guy who's actually the boss. No need to actually do it though. Just let him sweat a little.
