What does it mean when a man calls a woman 'a brickhouse'?

I live on a street called Brickhouse. My uber driver this morning, a very nice older guy, joked "I'm picking up a brickhouse on Brickhouse". He said very pleasant & playfully but I can't help but be a little offended

Now, I'm familiar with the old song "she's a brickhouse" 😂 but what does that phrase actually mean? I feel like he was possibly low key calling me fat

It was a clever compliment. The song was born of an American colloquialism that suggests a person, specifically a woman, is well put together. When used to describe a man, the term is often "brick shit house" which some have suggested also denotes youth since shit houses are not usually very old due to their transitory nature.
He probably just thought you're young & beautiful, and likely hoped you'd have accepted the reference as a compliment.
