I have done so many shameful things you wouldn't believe it. Don't be me.

The worst was interfering in a couple's argument on the train like a fucking white knight psycho.

I was in a super depressed, self-destructive/mentally ill mood.

This guy and his girlfriend were arguing, and I felt like the guy was talking down to the girl, as if she were a child. Already, I was bitter because my own shyness and social anxiety meant I had been an incel for so many years. So I interfered in their argument, telling him off for talking to his girlfriend like that. It was SO not something that is done. Such a major fucking social faux pas. I was ashamed while I did it, and afterwards it was terrible. The girl of course said thanks for my help but no thanks. Damn, I don't know what the fuck I was thinking.

I gave up on all of my dreams and abused alchol at a young age and now have no pleasure in anything. I was just a stupid kid at the time but i screwed up a lot and now dont even feel the urge to pick up the pieces and try to fix things.

Lol funny this came up, something happened today...

I work on a care agency and sometimes work in a school for teenagers with severe special needs. I was in a classroom alone with one of the challenging pupils, the others had gone to lunch and I was trying to get her to go to lunch as well. There was a physical struggle, she's a big girl and I'm small, so I rang for assistance.

During the struggle I farted, it was fucking terrible. I panic as I hear assistance coming. No way can I own up... The challenging girl wears diapers and is non verbal... you can guess what I did next. I feel a bit of a bastard now lol

After, I broke up with her because I felt like I pretended to like her not to hurt her feelings, when I told her she didn't take it too well. (This situation had dragged on for like 2 months before I told her and I'd become a bit distant, but she was quite clingy and that only made it worse) So after I told her how I felt we broke up and she wanted to stay in contact, but I just avoided her as much as I could (even though we went to the same school) and when I did see her I acted like the most cold distant asshole ever. I don't think she deserved that, but i just couldn't bear to see her. Sound pathetic I know, but over time I came to my senses and we're good now.
