How? Women nowadays are more picky and entitled than ever and this way, you get exactly what you want, without having to jump through hoops or kiss ass to do it. Maids do like everything but doesn't really focus on a main duty. Maids sometimes cook, baby sit, serve food or do laundry like what butlers do. Custodians are those heavy duty cleaners while i'll be glad to do the rest.
