Retail workers: what is the weirdest experience you've had at your job?

I used to work at a convenience store back in the day. And while I had some weird instances. I think the weirdest one happened to my borther- in-laws, brother-in-law. someone told him there was a chicken in the bathroom, and left. He was working the overnight shift so he just chaled it up to the guy was just being a goofball. But when he had time he went back to the bathroom and indeed someone had apparently abandoned a live chicken there. 🤣
Oh jeez lol. I wouldn't know to do if i found that chicken id be like "uh. Am i supposed to call someone about this."
Lmao that would have been grand
Years ago I worked at walmart and during winter they stored overstock toys in lawn and garden. So one day when I had to go in there I found this toy doll out of the package with a plastic bag over its head. I'm like ok what the hell is this lol.
Then there was one time they were welding in the rafters and all the sparks were landing on pallets of charcoal.
The store i work at right now i helped put together before opening. I had helped assemble some shelving and then was stocking a bottom shelf in a food aisle. I was sitting on the floor doing so, and this jackass in the next aisle was setting up the sky shelf up top and was shaking the whole thing and a can of soup fell from the top and about smashed my head. It was so close i actually felt the wind of it go by and i look up and said "dude.." And he's just looking at me then continues on.
I got clocked in the head soooo many times by stuff falling. I was on the truck unloading team and those trailers were terrible

I've worked retail but didn't have any really weird experiences. I did work nights at a gas station and that was a shit show. Some guys kept calling at 2 or 3 a. m., trying to set the place up to be robbed, a bunch of crazy shit happened.
Gas stations were a huge nope for me when job searching lol
too many to count... customers suck
